Welcome, from the Rhody Ridgebacks!
Founded in December 2010, the URI Rhody Ridgebacks are the University of Rhode Island's very own Quidditch Team. We are such a close knit group that we consider ourselves a family.
We've grown so much in the last 2 years, going from a group of five members to seven, to 25 and growing! We've started competing, playing against Emerson, Maryland, and the University of New Haven to date, and we've recently joined the Southern New England Quidditch Conference. We are an International Quidditch Assosication recognized team, and practice out on the quad every week at URI.
This fall we'll be competing against teams from RI, MA, and CT on a regular season schedule - make sure to check back regularly to see who and when we're playing!
